Having an issue I think with my Coleman starter. Guy at track borrowed it, and brought it back, with the set screws stripped on it that tightened on the starter shaft (see pic 3 below). I believe that occurred from him tightening the screws because it didn't "work" when he tried to use it. I didn't look at it further at the track, but in looking now, nothing on the shaft turns. Though that something in the shaft as shown below turned (gave) when the engine started running? That's how my other starters worked but this one is new to me and I didn't ever really use it. Thanks for any help.

Nothing up here on this end rotates. The 3rd hold down from the top has a set screw in it, but the other two do not.

These are the two set screws that go to the shaft out of the starter motor.
