KART/MARRS would like to invite all road racers to the 3rd event of the RUSSELL KARTING SPECIALTIES mid america road race series.

Two classes have been added (Yamaha Pipe, Yamaha Jr). Both classes will be ran both days.

Event schedule and entry form is on the KART web site (www.kart.org).

TRACK WILL BE RAN IN THE COUNTER CLOCKWISE DIRECTION. 2 teeth less then clockwise on gearing.

All you veterans - consider putting your skills to the test behind one of these so called "Mean Machines!" Always have a great race in this class! Weight for the Yamaha pipe class is 410#

We are running this class at the same time as the Piston Port class runs so those who want to run it and Sportsman have time to change pipes. It will be scored separtely from the P.P. class.

Thanks Glen, thanks Chris for the pre-entries. This race seems to be a test for the KART Nationals. There's lots of entries from the south. Its a handling track. And I promise it will be run to KART standards.

FYI,

For those who may have watched the video of Hallett on the KART web site, just wanted to let you know that is in the CLOCKWISE direction. As said before, this next race will be ran in the COUNTER-CLOCKWISE direction.

Honeydoos about done and ready to start on the other 3 karts!! Very Happy

In My humble opinion Hallet is much funner Very Happy to drive in the counter clockwise direction, And wait til You see the beautiful new gaurd shack and fences Rolling Eyes around the track. Now how about aome repairs to the ra Very Happy cing surface.

They put stone around the guard shack. The direction of Hallett is always an issue. What's cool is that either way we have a race track & can change things up once in a while.
