got a shifter kart.
tonykart. 2010 model evr.

just wanted to find out what settings to use. tire is mg yellow. engine tm k9c. Axle in kart is N.

Want to know what seat position/axle height/caster/camber
drive 180pds

Peter,

Start here with the seat:

From the front edge of the floor pan to the edge of the seat lip Engine Side:
63.5 cm

From the front edge of the floor pan to the edge of the seat lip Radiator Side:
63.0 cm

Top of Axle to the Top of the seat in the center of the back:
20.5 - 21.5 cm

For caster/camber, both arrows on the pills should be facing forward on both top and bottom. If you need more castor, rotate the bottom pill 180 degrees for full caster.

Ride Height both front and rear should remain in the middle position. For KZ engines it is often a good idea to try the axle in the top position, effectively lowering the frame to help the driver when getting back to power.
