Depends on the shape of your head. I have more of a an egg head shape, and as a result I got an SK6, which was the most comfortable on my head. Your best bet is to try some helmets on to get an idea, which helped me make my choice.

Thanks for your response. The problem is there aren't any ARAI dealers that carry the SK6 in my area a far as I know

Both are top notch helmets. In build quality, the Arai is probably a bit better than the Bell.

But most importantly is fit. Some people prefer the fit of Bells, some prefer Arai. Depends on your head shape.

I wear an Arai SK6 currently and love it, but I'd have a hard time choosing between the Bell and the SK6 if I were to buy again. Luckily I already picked up a carbon Sparco WTX-7 so I don't have to decide. Smile

I ordered mine online after having tried out other brands first that were available, and the Arai fit the best so I was lucky. That being said if the Bell is available locally, and it's comfortable then go with that. Both are quality helmets.

If your allowed to use a street motorcycle helmet as far as rules go then id say check out the different helmets available

I wear a bell Moto star and I've compared it to many others including Arai and the form function and fit are amazing, u can change the cheek thickness with the included softer cheek pads and has more ventilation then any other Hemet I've seen, its made out if carbon Kevlar and it very light and the design is beautiful
